Just a girl that loves Keto, Paleo, Atkins & Vegan... With so many diet options out there, I find it hard to stick to just one. I mean you often want to try one "just because" or out of curiosity, like "does this work?" So I have narrowed it down to four. When I want to lose weight real quick like there's an event coming up... KETO or ATKINS. When I want to ensure I'm extra healthy... Vegan. General weight maintenance... Paleo. Whichever "diet" you choose, make sure that it's your educated choice and not a pressured decision based on "the diet culture". Like I said, I find it hard to choose and so I rotate my diet plans throughout the year. It works for me, but then again... DISCLAIMER: I USE CARB CYCLING & CALORIC DEFICIT AS WELL AS INTERMITTENT FASTING.... Wellll at least on most days, LOL... XOXO...
